I really have to agree on that one. Everytime I join the server I see somebody spawn that robot/transformer/mecha thingy, and half of the damn thing just pops up as that damn error model, and when I check my console, it gets spammed over and over with that error message. It's just bloody annoying.

Full story - Gin, Haruhi and Samus were at the rave to have some fun in their own ways. Haruhi maybe drunk a little too much at the party, explaining why she's drunk in the pic. Samus and Suigintou had a little fun with the other guests, teasing them and seducing them (it's not shown here, but Gin even made spy do a "wallrave" for her attention). Most of them gtot exhauseted quickly frrom ttrying to convince them to take them home.

Okay guise, don't mean to make people panic about this, but Desuchan's only got about 3 months of paid hosting left.

This is a call to everyone of Desuchan. We need to band together to help offset the cost of the server for this year, so Desuchan can continue to exist.
If you have anything you can spare, please donate it via this link. All proceeds go towards keeping the server online and Desuchan alive.

Ads will also be up soon to help offset the cost, but it's very doubtful that they'll cover the complete costs. Until now, Weedy's been covering the server costs, but he lost his job.

Dreadnought:

Designation: Heavy Bombardment Ship
Manufacturer: Citizens Shipyard
National Origin: U.S.S.R.
Mass-Produced at: Soviet Naval Yard

Key Features:
» V4 "Molot" cruise missile array
» Emergency firing overrides
» Crew library w/ inspirational texts
» Fumigated triple bunk beds
» Electronic public address system

When the first Molot V4 rocket screamed across the gray Siberian sky and obliterated its target--a crude plywood mock-up of a medium-size patrol boat incongruously assembled hundreds of miles from the nearest ocean--the military leaders in attendance viewed the burning splinters with the pride of a parent watching a beloved child win a chess championship. Amongst the circle of beaming faces, however, one steadily grew dour as additional test runs were carried out. For Master Shipwright Sergei Kondakov, the unbridled success of the V4 meant that top military leadership would soon be knocking on his door, requesting the next evolution of the weapon, and he already know what they would be asking for. Firing these behemoths from solid rock at a stationary target was one thing. Compensating for their thrust on an unstable platform at the mercy of the roiling ocean would, he knew at that moment, would be the greatest technical challenge of his career. This was the moment in which the modern Dreadnought was conceived.

Guardian Tank:

Designation: Anti-Armor Tank
Manufacturer: United Armour
National Origin: United Kingdom
Mass-Produced at: Allied Armor Facility

» 90 mm smoothbore gun
» Spyglass target designator
» Composite armor resists impact
» Rugged split-tread chassis
» Dual-encrypted comm array

Faced with Soviet incursions on multiple fronts, Allied nations hurriedly banded together to form a military coalition from the toughest or surviving bits and pieces of representative nations' defense forces. Although the need to form a cohesive military network of course was urgent, certain key elements needed considerable time to be flushed out. After all, despite widespread differences of opinion within the Allied ranks regarding how best to repel the Soviet Union's advancements, everyone was on the same page about at least one thing: The Allies wouldn't get a second chance to keep their nations' sovereignty. So it was with great care (and some trepidation) that Allied War Council made the decision to move forward with plans to double down on production of the MBT-X8 Guardian Tank, mainstay of the Allies' armor divisions, and a crucial component in the free nations' ongoing struggles to keep the U.S.S.R. from expanding its borders any further.

Wave-Force Artillery:

Designation: Heavy Bombardment
Manufacturer: Kanegawa Industries
National Origin: Japan
Mass-Produced at: Imperial Mecha Bay

Key Features:
» Wave-Force particle beam
» Carbon nanotube supercapacitors
» High-efficiency filtration system
» Integral 3-layer polarized glare shield
» Multistage firing indicator

When Shika Hiromoto, leader of the outspoken Cherry Blossom party and daughter of Vice Admiral Iwao Hiromoto, was found dead in her family's palatial estate in Hyogo Prefecture, the Empire of Japan seemed remarkably unfazed. The nature of the killing--the poisoned dagger, the revenge haiku written on the most delicate rice paper--plainly implied the work of one of the Empire's largest crime syndicates, but subsequent investigations revealed the murder may have been motivated by Hiromoto's opposition to one of the Empire's most-secret weapon systems: the Wave-Force Artillery. This state-of-the-art long-range bombardment technology turned out to be instrumental in the assault on the Soviet heartland, yet was highly controversial. Of course, these details were unearthed only recently, and only after the Wave-Force Artillery was successfully deployed in frontline combat against an unsuspecting and woefully unprepared Soviet border defense. At least now the origin of this strange and catastrophic weapon is better understood.

Multigunner IFV:

Designation: Multipurpose Combat Support
Manufacturer: Towne-Travers Technologies
National Origin: Australia
Mass-Produced at: Allied Armor Facility

» Specialized Multiturret
» Multipurpose Missile System
» All-terrain fully-adjustable suspension
» Room for passenger/gunner
» Full-size spare "Run Flat" tire

Few vehicles in the Allied forces have been of such vital service for so long as the Multigunner infantry fighting vehicle, known for its speed and reliability in most any combat scenario. While most details about the IFV and the Australian firm responsible for its unique weapons system are widely known, this report of life in the field with such a vehicle by distinguished wartime journalist Selby K. Stewart sheds new light into one of the cornerstones of the Allies' steadfast defense network.

Ok, Tesla troopers shoots shit with electricity With about 4 shots being able to destroy a tsunami tank, Akula sub rapes most things in the ocean and can kill fucking everything with about 5 of them all shooting ultra torpedoes and its pretty good without them, sniper bitch can shoot through 4 or 5 people and can call in airstrikes that destroys anything they hit, terror drones have a tesla weapon to attack buildings and it can swim, The stryker is generally worthless to me as i usually use jet tengus to hit air shit, And spies can bribe people.

I think thats it. Its over.

>> No.2464   [Delete]   [Edit]

I Lied. there are several units that you can only get in the story. So far There is the tesla tank and the shogun's executioner. The tesla tank is just a great tank that shoots electricity, and the shoguns executioner is a giant four legged robot with three bodies attacked to it. These three bodies each have a giant laser sword. It can also be healed by tesla weapons, crush building by walking on them, and plunge all four of its swords into the ground creating a massive shockwave that rapes everything.

So 3 is good? I loved Afternoon of Darkness (lol PSP), but I wasn't such a fan of Cursed Memories. I'm up to the part at the end of the Coliseum, where you gave to fight through five maps or whatever without healing or anything in-between, and I'm so woefully underpowered (my strongest characters are 10 levels below the weakest I have to fight) and there's nothing left for me to do other than grind the Item World for a few hours. Rozenfag haet Item World, that shit is so boring. It was okay on the PSP version because I could just play Dylan Moran's Like Totally on my PC and just flick my eyes up in-between turns, but it just isn't the same on a television screen.

I like the characters, though. Adell is a bit of a douche, but delicious Rozalin makes up for his faults. They're no Etna or Laharl, but they work well enough. Taro/Hanako/the frog all piss me off, though. I wish there was some way to discard story characters, but alas, they have tio stick around and clutter up my character list. I liked Flonne, even if I never used her. All the Cursed Memories side-story-characters are just annoying.

>> No.2454   [Delete]   [Edit]

A lot (not all) of other people say 3 is the better game in the series. The cast is likable (Mr. Champloo for the fucking win). I hear you on the PSP screen thing, but I got used to it.

With the right stages, I've never had much of an issue leveling so far. 1-5 proves to be a decent leveling ground when you go and beef up the enemies in homeroom. Then 5-2 is pretty good, but a buddy of mine says 7-3 is the best outside of post-game. For really, really low characters I just stack them up on Mao (lol tower attacks) and throw all the baddies on top of each other to make them stronger and kick up the bonus meter for more HL.
