Ok, so I've still not been able to get this shit.
I tried to right click the drive and chose "format" but the bullshit tells me windows is unable to delete it. WTF else can I do?

First, you can learn how to reply to a thread. XD

Secondly, you can reset the HDD using BIOS/CMOS but this'll kill everything on the disc and it can be easy to mess it up.
I can't find anything in WinXP Control Panel to partition with. I do my partitioning by booting in Linux. :p
