I want to reformat my sister windows XP. I messed up and now she has windows Xp and windows media edition installed on her computer kills self
So when it does manage to boot off the disk it doesn't let me delete her partition, its tells me something about it having files needed to compete the installation. Is there a way I can delete the partition without using the CD, I think I remember someone telling me being able to do it by going somewhere in the control panel, but I'm not sure.
