yeah, I had the same problem. MCoG is pretty hard to find in its entirety, and I had to stop streaming Lupin III for the same reason. Actually, if you can find a download for Lupin III, that'd be a great show to stream. Unless of course Lupin isn't GAR enough for you. >_>

2) In procaster, there is an option that you can unselect to prevect livestream recording your streams. That should help a bit.

This is the reason I am not using the autorecord function most of the time. It usually ends up clogging up the storage. I myself will do my best to help cleaning up some space, and will probably hang around in studio while others are airing.

Yeah, turning off autorecord is a good way to avoid creating clutter. Sometimes it's nice to keep it on though, in case something epic live a livepoop happens -- but then we can always choose to record when we expect epic shit will happen.

One other thing related to autorecord: IIRC there are several checkboxes in procaster, not just one -- one to autorecord, one to place the recording in autopilot, and one to place the recording in video on demand. I recommend keeping the video on demand box unchecked at all times; checking it may mean that videos stay in our storage even if we delete them from the library, since for some bizarre reason, videos won't get deleted unless they're removed from the main library AND on-demand (and autopilot too i guess).

In that case, two things:

1) Keep about half a gig free. I've found hour long videos in desugames and those are big.

2)If you are going to "record", be responsible. I've been finding duplicates as well. Also delete if you do not intend to keep. Please ; ;

3) Develop a way to crop video. Yeah...

well said. it basically comes down to: if you autorecord, be ready to go into studio and delete old shit regularly (no keeping things around for sentimental reasons—not that I'm the best example of this either). if not, then don't autorecord.
As for cropping, I don't see that functionality coming to Studio anytime soon. When I want to manipulate or otherwise mutilate recorded videos for putting back onto autopilot, I just download them and edit them with my own video editing program, then reupload them. you can upload to youtube and then import, or you can upload them directly via studio too (although imo youtube's better in case we get v& someday or something). anyway, yeah, another good idea to save space.

I rarely get any lag, and if I do, I'm nearly never the only one.

As for streaming... works for me, but no clue regarding to DesuTV's channel (I don't stream on DesuTV :V).

It probably goes without saying (although actually the more I think about it I bet it has to be said) that we need to also somewhere in this "guide to streaming" list off what kind of activity or commitment is necessary to be granted a timeslot. Also, stream etiquette, such as when it's proper to hijack and when it's improper, etc.
