Evenin' ya'll. This here's the BLU Engineer, and I reckon I oughta set a few matters straight on this here map.
First things first, yer basic jography outta tell ya that if'n the compass is pointin' NORTH and th' border o' ol' Mek-shi-ko is off t' the left, somethin's a bit screwy. Mostly 'cause you're in Texas.
O'course, that thar ocean makes a bit o' an issue, but that ain't now big deal, right?
Anyway, I reckoned it was about time fer us ta get a new loonybin, so ya'll 'll be proud ta see, me an' the boys at Builders League United got t'gether and made you fellas a brand spankin' new one!
O'course, maybe we shouldn't a let Heavy Weapons Guy name th' darned thing, but we can't do nothin' 'bout that now.
Ya'll also note that we put up a dam and added some sharks. I reckoned that there wasn't enough water ta keep th' loonies from gettin' out, so we imported some 55 foot long Great White sharks from Australia. Those boys'll bite a hole through just 'ta about anythin'.
Also on yer schedual thar should be the new key. I thought ta myself, 'Engineer, whats this here map missin' that any map should'a got the moment it was born?'
