Hamuleen's coming up in a few months, and since I'm probably going to be very busy up to the 31st of October, I figured I'd get a jump start on it.
PRELIMINARY VOTING Here's the rules - Post up a picture of what you'd like to see Barasuishou dressed up as for Hamuleen. If you agree with what someone's posted, then say "2nded" linking the picture. I'll be checking for doubled ip's, so no double voting!
Votes for anything Azumanga, Lucky Star, or other moe-moe schoolgirl series will be omitted, as it's simply a character in a japanese schoolgirl uniform. You vote for these, you waste your vote. Also no wildlife, especially of the walrus nature.
After the preliminaries are done, I'll select the top 2 and throw in a 3rd character of my personal choice. During that time, only those characters are available for vote. After they're done, I'll draw the winner.
