i think its more the fact that the eyes are placed slightly too high on the face that makes her lower face look a bit over sized, i also think the hair line needs to be slightly lower, that or you could bring the jawline up a bit.

her mouth also seems a tad warped or off somehow, i think it might be stretched a little too far to the right.

I'm fleshing out lines right now, then I'll be inking them in Sai (and probably saving it all to a flash drive because I'm tired of losing my work) and coloring it there, except for the pants and vest, because they're leather and I can do that texture easier in Photoshop.

I can tell the parts you've yet to colour in at all, but her hair looks awfully blue. Like almost a seafoam green-ish blue(although you're not done with the hair, are ya?). And this is just me nitpicking, but aren't her eyes a bit more red and less magenta-ish? And then you mentioned the green-ness yourself earlier... I do, however, envy your mastery of wings. They look purty.

You can beat your eyes by checking your hues.

Used old Miku colors for example. Too much yellow made the skin look green.

Liquify makes it all blurry

Displacement maps can work great if you take the time to make a good one and use proper settings. It bends the shit out of the texture around folds, so it doesn't look like tiny plaid ninjas.

Planned on doing it, just got dragged into GMOD. @__@ Spent 15 hours on there this week, don't think I'll be on there as much anymore so I can catch up with other work. Thanks for tips, though.

Indeed. I intend to change the clothing set, but this is what she'll be wearing for at least the first chapter or so (20 pages?), mainly because it gives her a more "wild" appearance.
After that, I'll be changing her to something much more modern.
