As a figurefag, my tentative suggestion is to use super glue (cyano) to secure the smaller bits and apply a small amount of something sticky but not permanent (poster putty?) to her ass so she sticks upon the cross more securely.

..or just stop touching her because she's mai waifu.

When I got my Gin, I had to balance the cross with tape to have the stand be completely on the ground

tape actually isn't noticeable unless a lot of light is hitting it (like camera flash in this photo...)

that figure is so insanely fiddly >_< it took me like an hour to get all her little ribbons and bows on because they kept falling off and i dont have little girly hands so i'd end up knocking other parts off and i ended up losing one of her little ribbons but i eventually have her sitting on her cross and i had to place something heavy at the other end of the cross so it wouldn't fall over cos she weighs more than the cross

but apart from that, it's a gorgeous figure

I have the same figure.

I tried for minutes to put her ribbons on when I realize that each ribbon has one specific hole. If a ribbon doesn't "fit" into one hole, try another, ad infinitum until you get them all in.

As for balance, that's a design fleature.

Yes. Well, most of the time. For my Spacesuit Girl, BokuXDesu, and for pretty much any large model, airbrush is the way to go. For smaller pieces like my PinkyGin, I just hand-painted, but I used lacquer instead of acrylic or oil-based enamel, so it 'leveled' easily even though it was pretty tough to work with.

Hopefully, now that my kits have arrived (and have joined the horde of unfinished kits in boxes I already possess), I can somehow get some time to start building again.

It's a cute figure. It'd be even better if you had a wolf to go with it. A Horo is fine too.

This is Otoha Sakurano from Sky Girls. Though I see the resemblance in the figure, it's not -that- bad (meaning vacant empty staring into space) ;) This is a fully-poseable action model that required no assembly, similar to my Gally/Alita action figure.

Reijin "Zero" in G-mode (Glide) or flight mode. This was pretty difficult to get to, and I don't think I've got it fully correct, but its close enough.

Yes, in fact it is very difficult to transform Reijin without removing her first. She 'plugs' into the chair through her 'cat tail' cable.

Raijin is being shipped from China. Soon the great battle shall commence! Or mad mecha sex, whichever is easier given how hard they are to pose!
